We have experienced many of the same issues with auctions that you have, including high auction fees, bidder remorse and much more. Live auctions can take months before your vehicle is auctioned and can require shipping your vehicle to a distant auction location.

Honest descriptions
We believe that no one knows your vehicle better than you. Only you can describe your vehicle in the manner that Buyers of your particular vehicle understand. Who says “The instrument cluster is smartly framed by a three spoke steering wheel” anyway? Describe your vehicle honestly and take clear pictures that show both the good and not so good features of the vehicle. Sellers purposely misleading Buyers and Buyer Agents will be banned from the Sold-Sold-Sold platform.
Communication
All Members can communicate in the “Comments” section within each bidding page. Sellers are notified when a Member posts a comment or asks a question. Prompt and honest communication will increase the credibility of your sale.
Sniping protection
Sniping is a common practice in all auctions. Many Buyers simply do not want to place bids early in a auction. All Sold-Sold-Sold auctions feature a “Soft Close”-“Anti Sniping” in which the auction close time is extended by 2-minutes when a bid is placed within the last 2-minutes of an auction, thus insuring that every Buyer that is interested in your vehicle has an opportunity to place a bid.
Seller Agent Program
The Seller Agent Program is a great way to make money with the Sold-Sold-Sold. Whether you are a Dealer, Salesperson, Car Club, Transportation Museum or someone looking for an interesting new “Side Hustle”, the Sold-Sold-Sold Seller Agent Program could be just what you are looking for!
For Dealerships of any size, new or used, the Seller Agent Program pays your Sellers .05% of the sale price of any vehicle that is sold in either the Sold-Sold-Sold Auction or Car Corral. An auction that pays your Sellers so you don’t have to!
For Car Clubs, when a Member sells a vehicle in the Sold-Sold-Sold Auction or Car Corral and lists your club as the Seller Agent, your club will receive a .05% commission on the sale price for that vehicle. What a great way to raise money for your club! Is your club sponsored by a Dealership? Get them to list your club as a Seller Agent and receive a .05% commission on every vehicle that they sell or buy from the Sold-Sold-Sold Auction or Car Corral!
Not only that, Seller Agents will receive $10.00 for every vehicle that is submitted for sale listing them as the Seller Agent and pays the registration fee, whether the vehicle sells or not!
Ex.: ($20,000 vehicle sale price X .05% Seller Agent commission rate = $100.00 + $10.00 Seller Submittal Commission = $110.00 Total Seller Agent commission.)

Contact
After an auction closes, and a winning bid is received, a 5% Buyer’s Premium is collected from the Buyer. Once the Buyer’s Premium is received, Sold-Sold-Sold will give contact information to both the Buyer and the Seller. The Buyer and the Seller will conduct all transfers of funds, paperwork and arrainge for transportation of the vehicle outside of the auction platform.
What does it cost to buy or sell on Sold-Sold-Sold?
There is a $49.00 registration fee to submit a vehicle for an auction. Upon the successful sale of a vehicle, the Seller will receive the entire sale amount of the vehicle. There is no Seller fees to the Seller. The Seller receives 100% of the bid price. Additionally, the Seller will receive an amount equal to 1% of the bid price. That means that the Seller will receive 101% of the total bid price once the transaction is completed.
Submitting a Vehicle for Auction
In order to be a Seller Member on Sold-Sold-Sold, you must Register and enter a valid credit card number along with the other required information. All required information must be provided with the submittal. If there is a Seller Agent, that Member MUST be listed with the initial submittal. Vehicle submittals will be screened for accuracy and compliance within 1-hour of submittal during normal business hours.
How the Live Auction Works
The default auction period is 7-days. The Seller has an option to select a 3-day auction period when you want it sold fast!
- All Members can communicate in the “Comments” section within each bidding page. Prompt and honest communication will increase the credibility of your sale.
- Sellers have the option to remove a “Reserve” or lower the “Reserve” at any time during the auction.

How the Car Corral works
- The Seller has the option to place a vehicle directly into the Car Corral for 30-days for the same submittal fee of $49.00.
- Members can ask questions and make an offer while the vehicle is in the Car Corral.
- The Seller can move the vehicle from the Car Corral to the live auction at any time during the 30-day period for no additional charge.

How to Bid
In order to be a Seller on Sold-Sold-Sold, you must Register and enter a valid credit card number along with the other required information.
- The winning Buyer’s credit card will be charged a 5% Buyer’s premium at the conclusion of a successful auction or the acceptance of an offer for a vehicle in the Car Corral.
