Do Sellers really receive a commission when they sell a vehicle? +

Yes! Only at Sold-Sold-Sold, upon the successful sale of a vehicle, does the Seller receive the entire sale amount of the vehicle plus an amount equal to 1% of the bid price. That means that the Seller receives 101% of the total bid price, once the transaction is completed!

What is the Buyer Agent Program? +

The Buyer Agent Program is a great way to make money with Sold-Sold-Sold, and is open to all Members including Car Enthusiasts, Dealers, Salespersons, Buyers, Car Clubs, Transportation Museums or someone looking for an exciting new “Side Hustle”!

The Buyer Agent Program will pay the Buyer Agent .5% of the winning bid price of any vehicle that is purchased in either the Sold-Sold-Sold Auction or Car Corral. For more information regarding the Buyer Agent Program, Click here.

What is the Listing Agent Program? +

The Listing Agent Program is a great way to make money with Sold-Sold-Sold, and is open to all Members including Car Enthusiasts, Dealers, Salespersons, Car Clubs, Transportation Museums or someone looking for an exciting new “Side Hustle”!

The Listing Agent Program will pay the Listing Agent $10.00 for each and every vehicle that is listed in either the Sold-Sold-Sold Auction or Car Corral regardless of whether the vehicle sells or not. For more information regarding the Listing Agent Program, Click here.

What is the Car Corral? +

The Sold-Sold-Sold Car Corral is a “For Sale” lot where Members can place their vehicle for sale with a fixed price for up to 30-days for a low set price of $49.00. Buyers can ask Sellers questions about the vehicle and make an offer on a vehicle in the Car Corral.

What is a Dealer only Auction and Car Corral? +

The Dealers Only Program allows New and used licensed Dealers, at their sole discretion, to limit the ability to bid in the 3-day and 7-day Auctions and to purchase in the 30-day Car Corral, to other licensed Dealers. The Dealers Only Auction and Car Corral provides access for Dealers to use the Sold-Sold-Sold.com platform to buy and sell inventory across a wide geographic and economic range that they may otherwise not have been able to reach.

There are many reasons a Dealer may choose to limit sales to other licensed Dealers, including mileage, condition, warrantee concerns, title, off-brand and pricing. The Dealers Only Program allows Dealers to move unwanted inventory and to acquire needed inventory at a fast pace without having to worry about warrantees and State regulations that may arise when selling vehicles to the general public.

What does it cost to sell a vehicle? +

There is a $49.00 registration fee to list a vehicle in either the 7-day or 3-day Auction or the 30-day Car Corral.  At the end of an Auction, Sellers have the option to place their vehicle into the 30-day Car Corral for no additional charge.

If the Seller has selected a Seller Agent, that Seller Agent Member will receive a .5% Seller Agent commission of the final sale price.  This is a great way to make money with Sold-Sold-Sold and is open to all Members including Car Enthusiasts, Dealers, Salespersons, Car Clubs, Transportation Museums or someone looking for an exiting new “Side Hustle”!  For more information about the Seller Agent Program, Click here.

What does it cost to buy a vehicle? +

The winning Buyer’s credit card will be charged a 5% Buyer’s premium.

If you have selected a Buyer Agent, that Buyer Agent Member will receive a .5% commission of the final sale price. Buyers will be notified every time that a Buyer Agent has submitted a bid on their behalf.

Buyers submitting a bid, MUST declare the Buyer Agent when submitting the bid by entering the Buyer Agent’s Username when placing the bid.

What is a Stripe Connect account and why do I need one? +

Stripe Connect is a comprehensive payments platform designed for software platform marketplaces to accept payments, onboard users, verify identities, and facilitate payouts to third parties. It also allows Sold-Sold-Sold to take transaction fees and distribute commission payments to Sellers and participants in the Agent Programs.

Can I cancel my bid or offer once it has been submitted? +

No. Once a bid or offer has been submitted it cannot be canceled.

What happens if the reserve price is not met? +

If the Reserve is not met during the auction, the Seller has the option to place the vehicle in the “Car Corral”, which acts as a for sale lot. The vehicle can remain in the Car Corral for up to 30-days. There will be an asking price for the vehicle. Buyers can pay that amount or make an offer to the Seller.

What happens when I win an Auction or my bid is accepted in the Car Corral? +

A 5% Buyer’s Premium will be charged to your credit card. After you have paid the Buyer’s Premium, both the Buyer and the Seller will be given the contact information for the other Member. Arraignments for the payment of the vehicle, paperwork and transportation are handled offline between the Buyer and the Seller.

What is “Anti – Sniping”? +

“Anti-Sniping”, aka a “Soft Close” means that any bid placed within the last 2-minutes of an Auction, will reset the Auction clock to 2-minutes. This will continue until there are no bids in the last 2-minutes and the auction closes.
